WHAT IS THE SOUND QUALITY OF THE MUSIC DOWNLOADS?
Our MP3 files have a high bit rate, which gives them top-quality sound. Audio is high quality MP3 at 128kps and 44.1khz.
WHERE IS MY PRODUCT?
After your payment has been accepted you will receive a link to your MP3 files of the CD you ordered and, if applicable, a PDF version of the lyrics and the guide via email. Please note, a compact disc will not be sent to you. All products on the kimboeddownloads.com site are CD downloads only. If you wish to purchase the hard disc, please visit our sister site at kimboed.com.
I RECEIVED THE EMAIL LINK FOR MY PRODUCT, NOW WHAT?
Once you receive the link for your purchase, copy the product download link from the email you received with the subject line of "Downloads for Order," and paste it into the address bar of your web browser. Once the link opens you will see a zip folder(s). Please click on the zip file and "save" to your computer. Please be sure to note where on your computer you saved the file. Open the directory where your “zip” file is saved and right click on it. A menu will appear; click on “extract files.” Once extraction is complete open the extracted folder. Inside you will find your mp3 files and if applicable, a pdf file with a song list and/or lyrics and instructions. The music files can be played with any mp3 compatible music player i.e. iTunes, Windows Media Player, Quick Time Player, etc. In order to view the pdf file you will need adobe reader. Most computers have this installed. If not, it is free and easy to download: http://get.adobe.com/reader/ . Enjoy your music!
HOW MANY TIMES DO I GET TO DOWNLOAD MY MP3 FILES?
You are able to download your MP3 files from the link Kimbo sends you one time. If for any reason you were unable to obtain the MP3s you purchased, please contact Kimbo Educational at email@example.com for technical assistance.
HOW DO I OPEN THE LYRICS AND GUIDE?
The lyrics and guide file is a pdf. You will need adobe reader to open this file. This is a standard program and most computers have this installed. If you need adobe reader you can safely download it for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
CAN I ADD THE MP3 FILES TO A CD?
Yes! Most definitely. This can easily be done by "burning" the files to a CD. Instructions on how to do so will depend on what music program you have on your computer. Here are tutorial links for the two main music programs most people use...

THE CD I BURNED IS NOT WORKING IN MY CD PLAYER, WHY?
If the CD you burned from your MP3 files will not play in your CD player, then your CD player does not play MP3 files. Most new CD players are able to play a CD of MP3 files, however if you have a portable CD player that is an "old " model, you need to convert MP3 audio files to "WAV.Files" Here is a link to an "ehow" tutorial on converting MP3 files to WAV files...
MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED - MY ADDRESS MATCHES, IT'S A VALID CARD - WHAT DO I DO?
Sometimes (mostly out of country) credit cards are declined due to security reasons because our bank is unable to receive a response to verify funds from your bank. If this happens the best thing to do is use PayPal. It's a fast, safe and easy way to make your purchase. Simply choose the Paypal option at checkout.
